I take these Vitamin D3 soft gels daily. Sometimes my vitamin D gets low and this helps out a lot. They are easy to swallow and don’t leave a bad taste after. I take all my vitamins with something on my stomach.

I can generally tell when I need this one, especially in the fall and winter months. I got these to try and get a head start and overall feel well, including these in my daily routine. I've tried and like this brand.
